- Chaos in how my team operates, middle management seems to be lost sometimes, decisions are always made in a timely manner - New CEO's "operating principles" don't seem to be a good fit for an enterprise-focused company, prioritizing moving fast over anything else - Aging in-house solutions make it hard to get work done quickly - Good WLB, unless you have to work with people across the globe. US employees need to learn how to work with people across timezones
