Pros
Payplan is decent, otherwise there isn't much. They have health insurance, and benefits. If you like to work nonstop then this is the place for you.
Cons
Your days off are cancelled on a moments notice. There is no warning... you can show up and just be told that you aren't going home. Vacation requests are not granted. If it's a paid holiday that is your only day off and you will have to work extra through the week to make up for it. High turnover. Management uses threats and fear to keep associates in line. Prepare to work sixty to seventy hours a week, and still be disrespected, threatened, and intimidated. Management will remind you that hr has no power because the store gets result.
