It begins with leadership. With memos being sent out that you’re “subject to termination” over trivial things such as entering and exiting the wrong door, etc., the climate of fear is overwhelming. There is poor management across the board. very disorganized, low employee morale, inconsistent policies. The employees are so defeated and burnt out. The facility has started cutting corners and patients and employees are paying the price. There used to be no employee turnover, but at this point they can not keep employees. They have let the facility go, patching walls with the wrong color paint, sinks falling off the wall, limited response by unskilled maintenance staff. Unfortunately, I’m afraid the place can not continue to go on like it is. It is getting a reputation like some of the more unsavory facilities in this town.
