Pros

Residents, generous PTO accrual (however, PTO is often times denied due to staffing issues).

Cons

Poor and non-supportive upper management, blatant staff favoritism, lack of leadership, constantly short staffed, poor communications, little to no appreciation for staff. Asbury's "commitment to residents, associates, volunteers and partners" is nonexistent and a blatant lie. The only commitment Asbury has is to their upper management and their bottom line. Please think twice before working there. Asbury will not, and does not care about you.

Working for Asbury Chandler is a very rewarding experience. There is not a single day that goes by that I am not excited to go to work! The amount of care and appreciation I feel every day is something I am so grateful for! And it truly starts from the top and shows through in the daily operations!
