Pros

I have worked at Asbury Methodist Village for almost 6 years. I have recently been dealing with health issues and family issues. My supervisors have been sympathetic, supportive, kind and encouraging. I know there are other associates at Asbury who have experienced the same thing. This does not happen at a lot of companies.

Cons

The main headquarters should support Asbury Methodist Village more than it does.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We are a place where associates and residents are family and your story is a great example of that. We would love to hear more from you about how the main headquarters (or the Asbury Support and Collaboration Center as we call it) can do a better job of supporting Asbury Methodist Village. If you'd like to offer more feedback, please email us at HumanResources@Asbury.org.

Pros

The only pro is the joy of helping others.

Cons

I have never worked at a worse place. High pressure, untrustworthy with zero chance for promotion. I was there for a fairly long time. They pretend to be "faith based," but that's a complete joke. They lie, back stab and are just bizarre quite frankly. All of the positive reviews a year or two ago were generated after the Executive Director basically threatened employees to post. It happened in two meetings in a row. Check out the Asbury Group reviews for a better picture of this company. Same company, just a different name.
