      Therapy staff, plenty of overtime

      Cons

      Not enough staff, EVER, to safely care for residents, CNA's are overworked therefore, do not do an acceptable job with residents, new residents are admitted on night shift when only 1 nurse and 1 CNA are present, mentors refuse to help out.
