Had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful nurses and developed life long friendships

Cons

To many to mention here....staff overworked and treated unfailry by management. Facility does not follow state guidelines in management of the facility.

Great place to work. Good people work and live here, Enjoyable but challenging, every day brings new opportunities and obstacles.

Cons

Sometimes it seems as though there is too few staff to handle the workload. Lack of communication between departments results in confusion among associates. Pay is not the best, in fact it is at the very low end of thescale acoording to several websites, i.e. payscale.com
