Pros

I learned a lot of med surge while working with adults and geriatric patients. Highest paying nursing facility for LPNs. I actually make more than a RN base salary at two local well known hospitals.

Cons

Atmosphere can feel like high school caddiness sometimes.

The people there are really friendly and I was able to learn a lot from the other people working there. Good training

Cons

The policies were vague and the company values did not completely match with mine. The job does get tiring.
