Pros

Asbury is a very friendly and family like atmosphere on a daily basis. Team approach to getting things done and going the extra mile to make the residents and families happy. I love my job here and being able to make a difference.

Cons

Asbury is a large campus so at times communication needs to be strengthened.

Pros

I love working at Asbury Methodist Village. After nine years I am still energized. Teamwork abounds as we work to support residents, associates, and visitors alike. The fun and sense of community is a great draw. Benefits are fantastic with robust paid time off, wonderful medical benefits, life insurance and 401K.

Cons

The relationships built with those I serve and serve with makes it difficult to turn the day off when I am "off the clock".

Pros

Large organization that has been in business for over 90 years

Cons

Management made up of people that have rose through the ranks with no other experience. Senior management does not accept any new ideas, and anyone with new ideas is not a team play. To survive in this organization one has to be a yes man with no opinion of their own.
