      Pros

      - eLearning &Online Education, Training & Certification is a hot industry! - Smaller size means less bureaucracy - Strong revenue per employee - 20-25% of open positions are filled internally, so lots of opportunity for internal movement - Hires top notch people from top notch companies - Market competitive pay - A member of the Blackstone Family of Companies

      Cons

      Smaller size means the company is still working to automate a number of processes...so new employees will need to be patient while new systems and processes are implemented.

      Positivity from everyone in the org chart all the way to the top. Growing company with the right direction in Technology, Productivity, Efficiency. Challenging, rewarding work; and with Work/Home Balance.

      Average pay and benefits compared to some larger corporations, but I could see this improving as the company continues to grow.
