Pros

Great employees who are supportive and respectful! Work can be challenging at times but everyone helps each other out. Understanding of family needs and supportive in working with your schedule when needing time off! Family comes first, here I feel like a part of a big family! They allow us, as employees, to let our voices be heard and they make me feel like what I say really does matter!

Very laid back environment/culture. Excellent staff and management. Leadership values the word of employees. Many opportunities to learn and grow. Excellent compensation and benefits. Potential for employees to learn many skills because we wear many hats. Opportunity for travel.

Cons

Limited resources, so at times, workload can be heavy, but manageable.
