no vacation limit, some flexible schedules allowed but not on a regular basis, holidays and half days are nice for christmas and new years
Cons
when you do take a day off you still get called to work, many supervisors, no commonsense or support from leadership or technical team, everyone is worried about making a mistake and getting fired. promises promises promises of compensation but no follow through, no appreciation of job well done.
