Pros

Each team member truly cares about helping others be successful. There is always someone to help support when I need it, and everyone has been so welcoming! I also have been able to take time off that I need for vacation, doctor's appointments, and my son's soccer games.

Cons

Learning each product is a challenge, and there are some tricky ins and outs.
