Pros

- great management (understanding, patient, genuinely want you to succeed) - personable coworkers - comfortable office in convenient location (once it reopens from covid...) - unlimited PTO (that you are not penalized for actually using) - developers are not blamed for the results of bad business decisions

Cons

In the last two years - ceo changed 3 times - my team went through 3 product teams, including several weeks of none at all - rapid growth, including half the programmers now being in India, which makes organizing meetings a pain - growing turnover

Honestly having a hard time finding one.

Cons

They don't give you the tools you need and it's an archaic business model it astounds me that they are successful given they are an online product. Be prepared to work under people that have no clue the first thing about technology.

Cons

Outdated Legacy systems. Too much knowledge concentrated in too few key people. Over reliance on "off-shored" software development.
