Highly Technically challenging problems Unparalleled coworkers both technically and behaviorally - Wonderful people High commitment to training, employee advancement and training Significantly less red-tape than industry average allows go-getters to accomplish a lot more; high achievement leads to high satisfaction Amazing C-suite leadership; some amazing middle managers and some average middle managers. Strong Value-based management High commitment to employee satisfaction- during unexpected outages paid outright for all employee's lunches. Very strong business trajectory and position, with business opportunities

Cons

Higher expectations and responsibilities than other companies in the field. Not a good company to be a slacker. Relatively inflexible to work from home - I left the company to relocate with my wife. I was offered a remote position, but was an exception and did not want to subject my team to the stigma. However, this is the norm for the industry, and is done for good reason
