no matter your work ethics there is no recognition. Very sad that HR makes you feel like you cannot speak to them, when bringing issues its not so much the repercussions, the out casting feels worst. Not so trusting. Very interesting to be in HR and your husband is an employee. Work for HR and your brother is an employee. Work for HR and your classmate is eligible for promotion after leaving the company and then returning. It may be legal, but with the HR relationship how well can a problem be solved if your family members gets in trouble and your coworker is involved in the investigation. INTERESTING. Manger has absolutely no leadership skills, and it shows. So much potential and so little leadership or true HR intervention. Seems to be a plant agreement about the HR lynch mob.
