Fully integrated Nylon manufacturing allowing visibility and career opportunities in all aspects of the value chain.

Cons

Many of the manufacturing sites were built in the 60s a lot of the equipment reflects that.

Pros are the real employees that make the company.

Cons

APM has totally tanked this company. The worst organizational structure ever seen in a business. APM has more managers for managers and none with no value or direction except demanding others to do unnecessary work. It would benefit them to sell but as much as we're worth in $$, we're worthless. You have to sell dirt cheap.
