Benefits, most employees on the ground level are good folks

Cons

Horrible management. Grossly understaffed, and HIGH forced overtime. Not a great place to work if you valve your family time at all!!!!!! Management doesn't understand how to accept honest mistakes...instead, your one and done. No room for advancement to straight day jobs for shiftwork employees
