Even though it is a fairly large company, it does not feel like one. Money is being invested on improvements. It is a collaborative culture. Lots of room for growth for those with initiative.

Cons

If you prefer a narrow scope of responsibility and to pace your workload, then this may not be the place for you. If you are wiling to contribute to the growth, then there are no cons.
