Great people to work with, easy commute

Cons

Place is ran on the buddy/buddy system. If you're not in the click then you don't mean crap to them. Plant mgr. makes promises but never follows thru. Disregard safety and environment to make the owners more money while sticking it to the workers. Safety Dept. and ERT is a big joke now!

3 year pay scale with decent pay.

Cons

There is no rotating shift work, just expect to work everyday. Management from the lowest to highest level makes it seem like they care, but will not listen to any opinions, concerns, questions etc. The facility is old and run down. My greatest memory from my career at ascend was badging out for the last time
