*Bad Management. Management running departments and do not even know anything about the department they run. * No proper training * High stress environment * Higher expectations on certain employees with zero expectations for the Management and site leaders *Management over-paid because they don't even meet qualifications. *Designers train engineers how to read drawings but yet are treated like scum. *Engineers holding the title with no actual competency of engineering * Management yell and verbally abuse employees *Safety is always pushed but schedule dates trump doing things safely. They want it done as fast as possible and will cut all corners to meet the date. *Injuries occur almost daily * No one even acknowledges you when you walk down the hall * Everyone looks depressed daily * You never see anyone smile or appear happy to be working.
