      They do some good volunteering in the community and have a decent system to help employees when in need

      Cons

      Poor management, treats you like a dog, makes sure to know you’re not appreciated, zero care about people who actually perform the work and praise the day workers while making your job harder and unenjoyable as possible.

At your Pensacola site, employees at all levels are noticed and celebrated weekly as "Culture Champions" even for seemingly small contributions they make to improve things and help others.
