      Pros

      Industry looking very positive, CEO focused on the right things, Leadership is clearing out the deadwood. Plant where I work is on the upswing - more shift pay, more investment, more extras like fitness area, sports facilities, family events. Starting to look like the good old days again.

      Cons

      Older facility so lots of challenges with equipment.
