      With the direction the company is headed the few pros there are have been flushed down the drain.

      Cons

      This company is on a hiring binge and cannot keep clients to keep everyone working. The planners do not PLAN. Even if you give an exact time you will be at a cons you may sit for an hour or two waiting for a load after you are empty. They continue hiring people that arrive late to cons and lose business or anger customers. Some of the dispatchers need to be fired. All of the planners need to be fired or taught how to actually preplan loads. They need to stop hiring people. Turnover rate is horrible. 39 quit in June alone. And by the 17th of July they were already over 39 for the month quitting. Obviously they care more about hiring numbers than they do keeping the quality ones of us. I'm currently looking for another place to go. Once I find one I'll be in the turnover rate too.
