I left and went to another staffing company before they took my integrity, my drive to find people jobs/careers and belief what I do makes a difference

Cons

THE TURNOVER IN BRANCHES SAYS IT ALL! The internal wages are a joke and well below industry standards. The excuses about pay & bonus plans from Corporate & Regional Managers are unbelievable! I did not find one co-worker who have positive feedback about Executives, Sr Managers and Corporate support. To many corporate hurdles to build branch business, which is frustrating since your "bonus" depends on it.

Pros

The appearance of caring about employees with little perks like ordering in food or getting discounted massages on occasion in the office.

Cons

Communication is terrible and the lack of respect for other employee (as in the just basic professional respect) is extremely lacking. It's a toxic environment that you only realize is there once you've been there for a while and see the back-talking behind the scenes.

Pay and morale is very low for all internal employee positions through out the company. Little to no support given to help staff succeed. Absolutely no sense of urgency or effective communication from the corporate office.
