Ascendion as an organization may be small in size (in terms of employee numbers) but is a great organization to work with. The culture in terms of work flexibility, growth opportunities and the chance to be mentored by some of the best in the business are a few positives amongst others. Highly recommended if you would like to carve out your unique identity.
