Ascendum only chooses the best to work for them. At first, work will come rapidly as you're accepting tasks, but once you do a couple of assignments, the jobs will slow down. For good reasons though. They want to ensure we aren't overloaded and are providing quality work for each task. I really enjoy the work. Each client is different so you have to learn your people and deliver good work.
