      Pros

      they have employees they can bs people real well. Very good at miss leading and making people feel secure when they are not. Good at miss leading.

      Cons

      Cheap heartless bad company no communication. Likes to out source with no notice, promises things and doesn't follow through.

      Pros

      Got lucky and had a great supervisor and co-workers. We all came together and supported each other during the dog days of Covid.

      Cons

      Our department had a heavy reliance on technology, initially, problems would be resolved with great efficiency until massive layoffs in local states, and next thing you know outsourcing IT to India. The once 15 min fix turned into 4 hours with a person that could barely understand. The job cuts just kept coming, then a hiring freeze, then suddenly, the majority of the nurses' department was given a 30-day layoff notice only leaving a handful of us with no clear plan on how we will have the nurse power to provide support.

      Coworkers, Shift differential, CEU opportunities

      Cons

      Management, Benefits including quality of insurance, extortion on which pharmacy you may use, it takes 6 weeks to accrue 12 hours (1 day) off. Management cares more about $$ than staff safety. Nepotism galore!!!
