Pros

Good benefits. Health insurance is subsidized by Ascension based on pay.

Cons

Honestly the worst job and work experience Ive ever had. Daily drama over the same issues that are never effectively addressed. Any attempts at productive discussion are immediately met with push back, blame games, defensive behavior, and retaliation. Leads direct rude, demeaning language at employees. The department is understaffed. And management is lazy while expecting employees to do the work of two or three people. Pay is low. Especially considering the number of ruined knees, backs, and feet the job creates. Every morning we are required to participate in a prayer thanking God that we have jobs and ask Him to help us get all our work done.

Pros

You get paid and that's the only good thing about working here for Ascension. They simply don't care about their employees.

Cons

Not allowed to have love or feelings towards your fellow man. You have to function like a robot. You get accused of doing things you haven't done. If you have PTSD like I do, working for Ascension will trigger severe Anxiety Attacks. NO PRAISES FOR ALL THE GOOD AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS YOU'VE I give half a star.

Pros

Nothing at all. Horrible company

Cons

Horrible management. No life and work balance, no one cares about the employees. The only way you can take a day off is if you're bed sick, and then they would probably have to write you for missing so many days.
