Worked with some very nice people. The executive management team seemed ethical, smart, and passionate about their mission.

Not sure where to start. Demoralizing compensation and pay structure Below market benefits Ridiculously unrealistic work load Almost no career growth potential Completely disjointed integration of business units Awful customer service One of the worst reputations in financial services industry Just a complete grind of a job and organization in general Wouldn't recommend this company to a single potential employees, advisors, or prospective clients. They're the absolute bottom of the barrel.
