Cons

Not a good place if you have any ambition. They aren’t flexible and agile when bringing on new systems and processes. Creates few experts and terrible communication.

Good pay and benefits, nice co-workers.

Cons

Everything else. What they don't tell you is you'll be working in a call center regardless of what degrees you have. Very stressful environment. Expect you to learn a lot in a short time and then will terminate you without notice simply because they "feel" you're not prepared. Turnover is high - they'll likely bring someone in to replace you while you're still there. Very poor upper management - don't care about their employees. Not a great company environment either - don't expect to make close friends (probably because everyone else hates their job too). Such a relief to be gone from that place!
