      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and constantly working to improve the business. They have a solid pool of talented associates with great personalities. Salary is average, a little over $44k for a new associate. It could be worse, I have friends that have started with less than that. What else can you get in an economy like this.

      Cons

      Intern opportunities are slightly ambiguous. I'm not sure if there are any full-time opportunities after being a temp or intern. We have had them for almost a year. So please don't expect or wait to get an offer, if you are a temp or intern, there is no way they will hire you. I might be new here but I have already learned how they operate

      High stress, low pay, decreasing benefits annually. For having "People Matter" as part of their core values, they seem to have forgotten that employees are also people. If you are in with the right clique and are not below backstabbing to get ahead, you can be promoted.

      Nice people, poor pay, outdated technology, lots of old timers with antiquated ideas.

      Pros

      Nice people. Good number of vacation days.

      Cons

      Outdated technology, lots of upper management has been there forever and they are set in there ways. They want to be flexible but have a hard time not micromanaging. Not a lot of career opportunities and the pay is relatively low. Benefits are OK at best. The company is currently for sale so it is anyone's guess what the future holds.
