Pros
Stacey (Recruiter) was incredibly transparent throughout the process, which went even faster then originally noted, and my onboarding could not have been better. Really impressed with how organized the company seems to be and how eager everyone is to make sure you're set up for success. Some hiccups with equipment were solved super quickly and with ease.
Cons
401K match is not good, especially given the industry. Time off policy is decent, but there is not designated sick time, which I feel is a miss and not friendly to working parents, especially during a pandemic.
