Pros

Work is not difficult, easy to establish a routine

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE. They bait and switch current employees and potential new hires by claiming the role is “full time remote” and then randomly force people to come in weekly, with no exceptions. They cannibalize successful teams by forcing them to do work for other teams and departments and pile on work for already well-performing individuals so you’re punished for doing a good job. Terrible raises that don’t even meet COLA.

Pros

-The health benefits, albeit expensive, are good. -They have a good investment portfolio to choose from for your own 401k.

Cons

-There is no formalized training from my experience, and that is a major problem. I was in Client Services; I can't speak for other departments. -They only match $0.50 for every $1.00 you contribute to your 401k. -They focus way too much on DEI. The virtue signaling vibe they give off is very cringe, to say the least. I think budgets etc., could be better pointed towards departments that actually help the business succeed. Its logic and common sense; not that hard to figure out. But, apparently it is with them. -Seniority doesn't really get you much around here. -Please read where it says "Advice For Management". I have been met with nothing but negative experiences and bad attitudes here. -Nepotism is rampant. -Bonuses are almost non-existent. They will say "oh, you get a raise this year" and raise your hourly rate from $25.00/hour to $25.20/hour. This actually happened to me, just different numbers. Anyway, where is the motivation to work extra extra hard and stand out, above and beyond what everyone else does? Sadly, its not here.
