      Stressful Job and You are just a number

      Pros

      You get to learn from wealthy people mindsets regarding taxes and how they move money around (depending on what department you're in). That's about it.

      Cons

      -Very stressful job and incredibly low pay for all you do. -They genuinely do not care about your mental health; you're just a number. - If there's no PTO available whenever you need it it doesn't matter if your mom or granny or whoever died or what the emergency is they will count it against you. - Their employee turnover ratio is so high that they are not incentivized to treat you like a real human being. Every month people quit.

      Pros

      The team is very inclusive. I feel comfortable to express any ideas or concerns with my coworkers and superiors.

      Cons

      The busy season is very very stressful and it can feel like you're lost in the mess of it. But, even then, everyone is as helpful as they possibly can be.
