      What I like the most are the people I work with every day and the willingness of the company to reinvent itself and improve. Agile scrum methodology is embraced both from bottom up and top down; management and business is working together with IT to make it a success. Good work/life balance and benefits.

      Sometimes it seems that we are moving too slow toward our goals, we need to focus on the most important things for our company.

      Ascensus is very focused on quality and automating processes. Within IT, they are using the latest Technologies focused on quality solutions with automated Test Driven in all aspects of continuous deployment. The Teams are growing and focus on doing things right is so important. Continuous learning is also given a priority.

      Cons

      Ascensus is growing and with that brings both challenges and opportunities. Being able to quickly deliver a product/solution to market is critical so delivering small incremental updates must be given priority over delivering a larger solution.
