Pros

- great benefits - decent commission structure

Cons

- my manager was inexperienced and didn't come from the industry and it showed. - credit didn't really care about our deals and if they were funded or not. - syndications would only send to one lender at a time, makes no sense as that's how you lose deals. - credit analysts we're not on the same page with approvals and declines. - executive management is very engaged during the interview process but literally non existent after.

Pros

- Ability to make a lot of money - Sales Growth

Cons

- Severe Favoritism (Favored reps were being fed better leads) - Have to build your own customer portfolio (Or have one before starting) - Lots of cold calling (Was told during the interview and training that we won't be cold calling)
