      Pros

      Very Flexible with great pay.

      Cons

      The moral is not so great however we recently got a new SVP who is bringing the moral up and making it a great place to work.

      Pros

      Generous commission plan for producing sales reps. Strong "can do" culture where most people/departments are trying to make it easy to close business.

      Cons

      They allow for sales to work out of satellite offices or from home (which to many would be a positive) but you don't have much face to face interaction with management and operations.
