Solid history of performance, Financially stable. Leader in its field. Great people and culture (fun events, casual attire, respect for people). Opportunties for those who want to excel.

Cons

Some of the team is too used to their way of doing things but new people are helping the culture to evolve without a lot of disruption.

The moral is not so great however we recently got a new SVP who is bringing the moral up and making it a great place to work.
