      Great, positive environment where the lead developers and analysts really push you and help you towards achieving the most success possible.

      Pros

      I have nothing but positive things to say. I am treated well, paid well, have flexibility in my work schedule, open communication, nice people.

      Cons

      Downsides would be similar to any place of business, a few employees that are slow responders, a little pressure to make numbers (but any finance company gives the same pressure).
