They are good with flexibility.

Cons

They need to give all the employees a raise cause the pay is under minimum wages for that’s why there lossing a lot of there employees cause the they’re not paying fairly.

The work environment is good. I love mostly everything that comes in the store! The discount is nice. Due to my work ethic, I've been promoted twice since June 2015. I started as a part time sales associate, got promoted 16 months later to part time assistant manager, and then to full time assistant manager a year later.

Cons

Company pays the bare minimum here. I don't know what it's like in other states, but this is the ONLY company I know of that starts their sales associates off at minimum wage, which is $7.25/hr.
