Pros

* Leadership invests in your career - your success is their success *Transparency all the way down from the CEO. You will always know what is going on in the company along with what goals the company wants to achieve. In regards to transparency, leadership encourages you to share your ideas - you aren't just a number. *Not micro-managed: leadership trusts you to do your job but is there to offer you guidance and make sure you're reaching your goals *Work/Life balance: you're encouraged to use your vacation days. Leadership believes you perform best when you take time off when you need it to recharge *Equipped with the right tools: Leadership is always looking at new technology to help make your life easier in the role. They want to make sure you have the right tools so you can do your job more efficiently. *The product: Asite's product is really good; clients see the value in it

Cons

*Brand awareness: Asite is new in the North American market so brand awareness isn't here yet, BUT there is heavy investment and campaigns being run to improve recognition. LinkedIN followers continue to climb due to marketing that is taking place

Pros

- Global organization - Consistent year over year growth, even during COVID! - Very transparent with organizational results, goals, and strategy - Stable environment for a software company. Company has been around for 20 years. Good to know we aren't going anywhere! - High goals as a BDR, but still given autonomy to achieve these goals. No micromanaging. - Management actively engaged with strategic partnerships. - Everyone, including leadership, wants to help you succeed. - Bought-in culture of hard work, accountability, integrity, and having a work-life balance. - Constant communication and support with global CEO, Nathan Doughty. - Half of the company is employed in Product, assuring it is always cutting-edge. - Great office location. - Ability to wear multiple hats. - Collaborative environment with bright sales professionals.

Cons

- The North American arm of Asite is small at the moment, which may not fare well for someone used to bigger teams. - While Asite is a market leader globally, it is still relatively new to the North America market, which sometimes leads to challenges with brand awareness. - Given the North American team is newer, many processes aren't fine-tuned, which may not be good for some people, but is good for people who can "figure it out" to say.
