      Great place to start your career.

      Pros

      Great opps and sales teams. Really good people.

      Cons

      C-suit is aloof and has no connection to the workers bees. New CMO is a suspect choice, don’t really buy that he is qualified to be in his role. Don’t believe in the future of the company, setting up to sell if they can find a buyer. Salary’s are way below industry standard across the board. People are leaving like crazy.

We ran a pulse check survey a few weeks ago and we didn’t get such negative feedback on the confidence in the future of our company. At no time have we discussed selling the company — on the contrary, we are working on plenty of business development projects.       Growing company - lots of excitement ahead!

      Pros

      S4M has a lot of potential and tons of new ideas to expand the business coming down the pipeline. The company just hired a new CMO who is driving a lot of these ideas forward, and hiring more sales and support people. They also just hired HR in the U.S. and the benefits package has already been improved. The company is filled with amazing, super smart and super nice people and there's a great energy in the air. With HQ in France and locations scattered across the globe, you get to meet a lot of different people and be introduced to different cultures & perspectives.

      Cons

      The benefits package is only getting better with new HR on board, so I'm optimistic as to what's to come

      Pros

      I have been at the company for just two months now, but have already seen how committed, experienced and thoughtful all of the people are here. Its a great place to work, with a great work-life balance. Care, Invent, Succeed are the values, and people really live them here. Great plans for growth are coming!

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment with a startup mentality. If you dont love and thrive in that kind of environment, this may not be the place for you.
