      Pros

      Pay is halfway decent but that’s about it

      Cons

      Unorganized, complete lack of leadership or accountability from any of the higher ups who all have a previous relationship with the CRO. As par as product, they are a one trick pony and only get business when past relationships at agencies are in play. There is nothing unique or even that adds value for the client.

      There's a good atmosphere with remarkable people on a personal and professional level. There's an emphasis on developing skills and knowledge for growth within the industry and a constant desire to innovate. There's a diverse group, with many people from all over the world. Flexible with working from home.

      Cons

      The industry is challenging because the programmatic ecosystem is constantly evolving. Little visibility into how other countries are doing.
