Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It’s wonderful to hear you felt supported with flexibility and found your peers to be friendly, these are both things we value as well. It’s not atypical for startups to move through levels of maturity when it comes to planning and communication, but we’re proud of the progress we have made and are kicking off 2024 by focusing on fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Pros

The engineering team has some of the most down-to-earth and brilliant people i've ever had the pleasure of working with. Everybody's passionate about their jobs, and everybody's motivated to get things done the best they can. An absolutely wonderful place to work at!

Cons

The nature of being a startup means that it's not suited for everybody - there's a lot of flexibility expected from everybody, and there's a lot of self and independent study needed to prevent being left behind.

Pros

The work is interesting and makes good use of a modern tech stack – including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, AI tools, backend, frontend, and mobile development. The culture is supportive, people are friendly and open to feedback, and the flexible hybrid setup makes for a great work-life balance.

Cons

Things run smoothly overall, but there’s plenty of work to do and only so much that fits into each sprint, managing tech debt, infrastructure, or making time for learning.
