Pros

You can do your training from home, they send the equpitment, and they work with you if you have issues with meeting a training date.

Cons

Everything seems a bit disorgainized at times and most of the work is short term.

Working from Home, Training was Decent and more ASLs and Team Leads were great (especially mine), Are Very Accommodating when it comes to tardies and absences, Some Customers were Very Nice

Cons

Very low pay (minimum wage), Calls are back to back to back , Always Having Technical Issues because of them making us use outdated software and equipment, Job is Temporary, Some ASLs were kinda rude and unwilling to really help
