Pros

Money is okay not great housing is A+

Cons

Aspirant life coaches and inspection lady write up false statement's narrative opinions and negative stuff with almost every situation no matter how a meeting with them went good, okay, or bad when you seek some help from someone higher above, they then want you out of the program because they don't like when people say what they are actually doing to their clients. it's a very unfair and unjust way the program behaves and works staying professional most the time but always a negative unprofessional way of writing reports to court getting you terminated from program completely anything to get you out whether it be your roommates damage, empty bottle your neighbor threw over the fence or collectible they have no mercy when it comes to getting you out because you say the truth to someone higher up and risk their job by complaining about what's happening or going on witch you shouldn't have to worry about but it's been nothing but worries and 30 day contracts to get me out one example is they said I have not been meeting there requirement of job logs for 6 months and only 2 months I did not do at the time because I was already scheduled to leave from a false written report on aspirant's behalf saying to me pack up get ready cleanup. if I had an option to never do the program I would my experience was horrible they turned my world upside down and gave me a lot of drama, anxiety, doubtfulness. and hopelessness. Having no say in anything about you or your time in aspiranet program.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective. We are truly sorry to hear that your time in the program felt stressful and overwhelming, and that you did not feel heard or supported throughout the process. We recognize that participating in a structured, court-involved program can be challenging, and we understand how important clear communication, transparency, and mutual respect are during such experiences. Our programs are designed to balance client support with legal, safety, and reporting requirements, and we acknowledge that this can sometimes feel difficult or frustrating. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and helps us continue to reflect on how we can improve communication, clarify expectations, and ensure clients feel informed and supported to the greatest extent possible. We also welcome any direct feedback you can provide, and if you are open to having a conversation, you may email us at hrcommunications@aspiranet.org.
