Initially was a solid and stable agency.

Cons

Reduction in work load may decrease your hours without notice. Poor relationship with management and front line staff.

Benefits, consistent schedule, sufficient parking, kitchen in the office, 1 hour lunches

Stressful work, too much work not enough employees, upper management is incompetent and over paid, workers are overworked and under paid, company cannot stick with 1 base of procedures resulting in 5 different procedures for 1 task, cannot work effectively with state agencies,
