Pros

Clients served make effort worth while but culture of putting the direct service providers at the bottom is an issue

Cons

-management does't listen to employees -changes are not made due to "bureaucracy" -low pay. "Training" is ridiculous

Helping families in need. The social workers and other upper management are very supportive.

Cons

Available hours; usually two to three hours a day and mostly evening and weekends were the only hours available.
