Pros

The company has made strides to make changes to support employees growth and well-being over the last few years. There’s a lot more opportunities for professional development, growth, and resources to stay in the loop. The benefits are great and my peers are supportive. The people we work with are awesome and it makes coming to work feel good to be a part of them reaching their goals.

Cons

It can feel there are too many initiatives happening all at once and not enough time to get them done.

Next steps were clearly defined along the way with anticipated timelines. Aspire provides a comprehensive onboarding and orientation that feels like I am set up for success in my role.
